entry 1 - 3.14.07
1. What are some of the previous research projects you have done?
The last project i have done was the labyrinth project. That was a great project and i learned alot. In 6th grade we did a biography board. That project was fun to make the poster but i did not enjoy all the research we had to do. In 7th grade we did a project with Louisiana game boards. That was probably one of my favorite project because it was very creative.
2. Based on these projects, what does research mean to you?
After experiencing all these projects, research means to me that i discover and learn more about whatever topic it is. I have never been the one who enjoys research but i like to learn new things about whatever it is being searched.
3. Describe one of your research successes or failures. Why was the experience positive or negative?
One of my research successes was the labryinth project. Since i was intrested in that topic i was very into the researching, drawing, writing, and etc. During the whole project i was never behind and i enjoyed being a part of something that could be enjoyed for the rest of the school.

Describe how the pre-notetaking sheet helped you find both focus for your topic and research questions to investigate. Did you find it easy or difficult to create a fat question from your ideas?
I found it easy to create a fat question because i just thought about all my skinny questions and figured out what my overall main idea was. The pre notaking sheet helped me because it has shown me what to research and where i want to go with my report.
